For your consideration, a 2004 American Deluxe Stratocaster “V” Neck. Honey blonde, maple fretboard. Josefina 69’ pickups with the neck pickup included separately in the case,requiring a reattachmnet of leads - NOT a rewind as far as I am aware. I contacted Lindy Fralin, who can service it. In its place is a Dimarzio True Velvet (reversed wired so it’s in phase.

The neck pocket has that early 2000s Fender finish defect with paint split and pulling away from wood at the neck. Hard to detail, kinda bubbles away - can gently pull away the finish from the body and it’s clearly separation of the finish. Structurally is completely sound, purely cosmetic in an unnoticeable spot; cosmetic and when onstage is not noticeable to the quickest eye.

Pics note dents and bumps - two on left of body side and a minor abrasion on side off input jack - none noticeable onstage.

I’ll include an extra Duncan humbucker and a couple off brand pickups in the mix (as I am a Les Paul guy, of no use).

Frets are in absolutely fantastic shape!!! Pics do not do it justice, send a PM I’ll share more pics. I could clean em perhaps but they are barely played. Was a case queen and has a few dozen hours at most. The V shaped neck was a joy to play, just being a Les Paul guy I could not bond.

Original pups and guard long gone, a fun novelty but hated the sound. Ships in a Roadrunner case. Included instead are Josefina 69’ Custom Shop hand wound glorious and beautiful pickups. Without doubt THE best Strat pickups I’ve enjoyed playing. Absolutely gorgeous, taken out of a Custom Shop at some point and I’ll include them here to the lucky buyer. These are not cheap but with the neck requiring an easy reattachment of the leads (noted in pics) I decided to include them this instead of selling separately.

This is a fantastic instrument!! If I were not helping my lil girl through college it would sit for the occasional Strat-lovin….but it’d be like cheating on my girl. And she doesn’t feel the same as my new Modern.
