This is an incredibly rare Dean Z Standard in the Blue Burst color scheme which they only produced very limited amounts in 1981 in their original factory. From my limited research this is only 1 of 4 remaining that are known to exist in this color.

It has been recently professionally cleaned, restrung, and had harmonics reset. One of the pickups is original, the other is a JBJ Symour Duncan wound and crafted by Maricela Juarez. This pickup is arguably even more desirable than having two original pickups from the factory and the sounds is fantastic.

This guitar does have some cosmetic blemishes and scratches on the main body of the guitar which don't show up very well in the photos, but nothing to be scoffed at given the age. (Let me know if you'd like additional photos that may show these a little better).

It comes with a hardshell Dean road case, however this is not the original road case the guitar would have come with.

For an avid guitar collector especially a Dean enthusiast this is potentially a once in a lifetime opportunity and priced very aggressively from lower models in the same year. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
