This used Bach 10-1/2C trumpet mouthpiece comes from the store's "test mouthpiece" stock, cleaned after each use and stored in a protective case.
The Bach 10-1/2C trumpet mouthpiece is a popular option known for its relatively narrow diameter and medium cup depth. It is an excellent choice for players who want a compact sound, clean articulations, or extra support for their endurance.
- Tone & Register: Provides a clear, focused high register paired with a strong, supportive lower register and a lively, brilliant tone quality.
- Embouchure Fit: The smaller 15.90 mm diameter (compared to the more common Bach 7C at 16.20 mm or 3C at 16.30 mm) makes it well-suited for players with narrower or more sensitive lips, or students/weaker embouchures looking for extra endurance and upper-register assistance.
- Cup Diameter: 15.90 mm (.626 in)
- Cup Depth: Medium ("C" cup)
- Rim Shape: Medium-wide
- Throat: Standard #27 (3.66 mm / .144 in)
- Backbore: #10
