- Beautiful and incredibly versatile Zildjian right here!
- And you need not pay full pop for a guess at a big box store photo. Listed to this EXACT CYMBAL so you can buy with confidence and save money too.
- Clean ZILDJIAN 20th Anniversary A Custom 21” MEDIUM THIN Ride.
- What’s immediately recognizable is how glassy and shimmeringly crystalline this 21” sounds. It’s like a thinner and more responsive Brilliant Finish Sweet Ride.
- And at 2494 grams this 21” indeed plays like a Thin to Medium Thin CRASHABLE Ride.
- The stick attack is a perfect blend of light and airy and chime-like with a subtle brilliance. Large rounded over bell cuts extremely well and has no problem penetrating a mix.
- Slightly bendable edges that make it both responsive and ROAR when laid in to.
- Here’s Zildjian’s take:
“To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of our A Custom cymbal line, we launched this 21” Anniversary Ride. This cymbal is extremely versatile, making it well suited for all types of musical settings. Retaining all of the A Custom cymbal line attributes, the 21” Anniversary Ride features symmetrical hammering, brilliant finish, and medium weight for a balanced sound that is neither too high nor too low. Known for its crisp, sweet sound, this cymbal’s loud, penetrating bell is also ideal for Latin patterns. To commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the A Custom line, a cream-white logo and special trademark have been added to the cymbal.”
- Reads like a Dylan Thomas poem!
- Extremely versatile. Fantastic from soft to loud settings. Big crash. Light Ride. Huge Crash Ride. Whatever you decide this celebratory 21” A Custom will promote it!
- Terrific shape. No issues. Typical light use/wear and few fingerprints from admirers.
- Save money and you don’t have to guess at internet photos.
