In mint condition and never put on my board since my band broke up. Comes with original box and packaging. Tested and sounds great!
MXR Duke of Tone overdrive pedal, complete with the original box. This is a fantastic low-to-medium gain overdrive that can add everything from subtle warmth and touch-sensitive breakup to a more aggressive, amp-like drive.
The MXR Duke of Tone is based on the King of Tone-style circuit and has three modes:
- Boost — Adds volume and punch while retaining your amp and guitar's character. Great for pushing a tube amp into natural breakup.
- OD — The classic Duke of Tone sound: dynamic, transparent overdrive with plenty of touch sensitivity and harmonic richness.
- Distortion — Adds more gain and saturation for a thicker, more aggressive drive sound while remaining responsive and musical.
The Duke of Tone is a great choice if you're looking for an overdrive that doesn't completely take over the sound of your amp. It can function as an always-on tone enhancer, a boost for solos, a low-gain rhythm overdrive, or a higher-gain distortion.
