Imagine owning something that prepares you for problems you haven't even encountered yet. It won't replace every specialized drum, but it can handle an impressive variety of everyday challenges. Its value isn't measured by how well it performs one task, but by how many different situations it can handle. After all, the most useful thing you own might not be the best at anything, but the one that's ready for almost everything.
