The Blackstar Acoustic:Core 30 is a compact stereo amp for acoustic players and singer-songwriters who want one box for practice, streaming, recording and small gigs. Two channels take an acoustic guitar and a microphone side by side, and 30 W through a pair of 5-inch speakers spreads the chorus and reverb in Blackstar's Super Wide Stereo. The amp doubles as a 4-channel USB audio interface and can run from Blackstar's optional PB-1 PowerBank when no outlet is nearby.

Two Channels for Guitar and Voice

Channel 1 has a 1/4-inch instrument input with Gain, Low and High controls, an Enhance switch that adds studio-style EQ and depth, Vintage and Wide chorus, and Room and Hall reverb. Channel 2 takes a microphone or a second instrument on an XLR/jack combo input, with Gain, three-band EQ, its own reverb and a Vocal Clarity switch that helps a voice cut through. A global Phase switch helps control feedback.

Recording, Streaming and Live Use

Over USB the amp sends a stereo mix of both channels with effects to a computer, plus a dry signal from each channel, with no special drivers. The 3.5 mm TRRS Line In/Streaming jack plays music in from a phone and sends the amp's sound back out on the same cable for livestreams. On stage, the balanced XLR DI output feeds the PA with both channels and their effects, independent of the master volume, and the built-in tilt stand angles the amp up so it can work as your monitor.
