EVH Wolfgang Special Striped Black and Yellow [USED] 2024 - Black and Yellow

2024 Model – Used

A used EVH Wolfgang Special Striped, the signature model of Eddie Van Halen (Edward Van Halen), has arrived!

The Wolfgang represents the ultimate evolution of Eddie’s signature guitar design, and this popular model features the iconic striped graphics synonymous with Eddie himself. Don’t miss this opportunity to own one!

This is the Wolfgang Special Striped Black and Yellow, featuring a striking black-and-yellow finish paired with an ebony fingerboard.

The guitar features an arched-top basswood body paired with a quarter-sawn maple neck reinforced with graphite. Reflecting Eddie’s personal preferences, the neck features his preferred profile and rolled edges. The ebony fingerboard has a compound radius of 12"–16" and is fitted with 22 jumbo frets, offering excellent playability for everything from powerful riffs to technical lead work.

The guitar is equipped with custom-designed EVH Wolfgang humbuckers, direct-mounted to the body. Delivering a sound that combines clarity with thickness, these pickups produce a powerful, distinctive tone for everything from power chords to lead lines.

Attention has also been paid to playability and control. The low-friction volume knob allows for fast volume swells, while the tone knob features increased rotational resistance to help prevent accidental adjustments during performance. A conveniently positioned truss rod adjustment wheel at the heel of the neck also makes neck relief adjustments easier.

The bridge features an EVH-branded Floyd Rose locking tremolo, which, together with the locking nut, helps maintain tuning stability even during aggressive tremolo use. The guitar also comes equipped with the EVH D-Tuna, allowing quick switching between standard tuning and Drop D tuning with a simple movement.

The bold striped finish, black headstock, and chrome hardware create a striking, stage-ready appearance. This guitar combines the sound, playability, and practical features demanded by rock guitarists in one performance-oriented instrument.

As a used instrument, it has some minor scratches and signs of use. However, it is currently in good working order, with no issues affecting its playability or functionality, and is ready for normal use.

Please note that although this model features a matte finish, some areas of the finish between the two pickups have developed a sheen (see photos). There are also several other areas with slight glossiness that may be difficult to see in the photos. Thank you for your understanding.

This model rarely becomes available, so don’t miss this opportunity.
