Vintage hand faced, hard rubber Bb clarinet mouthpiece, marked "Selmer Elkhart, New York" and 3 beneath the logo. Also marked FRANCE on the side, basically a Bundy #3, as far as I can tell, marketed with US Selmer clarinets. Good condition, tip measures about .045" - nice, middle of the road opening for Classical or Jazz with a medium reed.
