This is a gorgeous 2012 Custom 24 10 Top. It features a beautiful blue/green finish, a rosewood fretboard with birds, a pattern thin neck profile, a tremolo bridge and a set of 59/09 TM humbuckers that sounds killer. Includes the fitted case, trem arm and papers pictured. It’s quite light at a wee bit over 7.3lbs on my scale. It has a few marks, but nothing major to note.

Condition wise, this guitar is in really good shape with nothing to note. I seldom list anything above Good, as I'd rather underpromise and overdeliver to you, especially with a PRS of this caliber. That said, overall this one is clean with just a few small marks, smudges and light finish swirls on the top, sides, and backside - truly nothing major to report on. These have a glossy finish that shows wear with ease. Please review all photos. The neck is straight and the truss rod turns fine.
