This is one of those things that you dion't know you need or want until you finally have a chance to try it. Really cool idea for an effect.

This Freeze pedal works by you hitting a note or chord on your instrument and then stepping on the footswitch. This holds the note as long as you keep the footswitch depressed. The hold also adds overtones and some modulation to the sustain which can be intensified by turning up the control knob. There are three toggle settings. Fast and Slow refer to how quickly the hold lets go after releasing the footswitch. The Latching setting is different. Hit a chord, hit the footswitch and let go and the chord gets held. You can play over the held note/chord and it keeps going. If you hit the footswitch again it will cancel the first hold and now hold the note/chord you just played. Hit footswitch twice to end the latching hold. Very fun in Latching mode to hit a chord then play lead notes over it as the first chord continues to swell and pulse. My mod for this is to add a jack that lets you use a remote footswitch to control the effect. This lets you put the actual pedal in a less accessible location on your board and have the footswitch close at hand. I am including a Pete's Pedals Foot Fetish momentary footswitch. You provide the mono cable of whatever length works best for your setup. The remote switch can be used with any other application calling for a Normally Open (turned off/disconnected when at rest) momentary footswitch.

In excellent condition (bottom is clean - no velcro) and comes with its original adapter and in the box along with all the original box stuff.
