Yamaha SK-20 Symphonic Ensemble Synthesizer 1979 - 1980
Works great looks great. A couple scratchy faders could use a shot of cleaner but they work and it sounds fantastic on both stereo and mono outputs. I've never tried the Leslie hookup as it's 11 pin and my Leslie is an older 6 pin, but that's the only untested part.
One of the lushest string machines ever made, the chorus is a classic, sounds straight out of that 80's Flash Gordon movie.
I've used it on a bunch of records over the years but I need to downsize and this needs to go to someone who will use it more often.
Professional studio use only, non smoking, no pets, no gigging, beautiful example of the string synth era.
