This Bourgeois JOM, a Jumbo Orchestra Model, has a figured redwood top over figured walnut back and sides. It comes from the Sawmill line, which Bourgeois built to show off the tonewoods from its own Broad Arrow sawmill, and the Broad Arrow mark sits in the headstock logo. The bracing is Aged Tone torrefied, so the top has been through the same aging process as the wood it supports.

The scale is 25.5 inches, which gives a longer string length than a short-scale OM, and the nut is 1 23/32 inches with a 2.2 inch bridge. The neck is maple with an ebony fingerboard and an ebony belly bridge, and the pins are bone with black dots. Waverly nickel tuners with ebony buttons hold pitch. The top, back, sides and neck are all finished in satin, and there is no pickup.

The details are cocobolo binding, with the backstrip, endpiece inlay and heel cap matched to it, black, white and black purfling with maple, and a two-ring wood rosette. The headstock has an ebony veneer with a mother-of-pearl Bourgeois logo, and the fretboard has tiny mother-of-pearl dots and black binding. The Dana Bourgeois signature label is inside. A pickguard is supplied in the case rather than installed. It ships in a hardshell case.
