The EVH Striped Series Shapes Maple in White and Black is a stripped-down performance guitar built around one of Eddie Van Halen's most recognizable visual concepts. Inspired by the guitar Eddie used on the 1981 Fair Warning tour, this version pairs the bold black-and-white SHAPES graphic with a simple single-humbucker layout, a Floyd Rose tremolo, and EVH's D-Tuna system. The mahogany body is paired with a one-piece bolt-on quartersawn maple neck reinforced with graphite for stability.
