For sale is my Fender Highway One Stratocaster, Made in USA, featuring a number of carefully selected upgrades to both its sound and appearance.
The guitar originally had the classic Strat look but has since been customized into a striking Black & Gold HSS configuration.
Upgrades and Modifications:
- Tom Anderson humbucker in the bridge position
- Mini toggle switch for coil splitting the Tom Anderson humbucker, allowing it to operate as a single coil
- Sperzel USA Gold locking tuners
- Black hammered-texture pickguard
- Gold control knobs
- Gold pickguard screws
- Gold output jack plate
All modifications and component installations were professionally carried out by Kourbis, a guitar technician based in Exarchia, Athens, Greece.
The Tom Anderson humbucker delivers a more powerful, aggressive sound in the bridge position, making it particularly suitable for heavier playing styles. Thanks to the coil split switch, you can also switch to a more traditional single-coil sound whenever you want that classic Strat character.
This makes the guitar considerably more versatile than a standard SSS Stratocaster, offering a wider range of tones and playing possibilities.

Condition:
The guitar is in very good condition, has been well cared for, and is fully functional.
There are a few minor signs of normal use, mainly on the back of the body, but nothing significant or anything that affects its appearance, playability, or performance.
