The JHS The Milkman Echo/Slap Delay is a compact guitar effects pedal designed to give your guitar a warm, vintage-style slapback echo, with a built-in boost to help your sound stand out in a mix. It’s particularly appealing to players who love the punchy, spacious guitar tones of rockabilly, country, blues, classic rock, and roots music.

What does it sound like?

Think of a short, quick echo immediately following your original guitar note — almost like your guitar is bouncing back at you. Rather than creating long, atmospheric repeats, The Milkman focuses on a tight, rhythmic echo that adds body, dimension, and character without overwhelming your playing.

• Slapback echo: Adds a quick, single-repeat-style effect that makes your guitar sound fuller and more lively.
• Built-in boost: Increases your signal level to help you cut through a band mix or push an amplifier harder.
• Vintage character: Great for recreating the lively, slightly bouncy guitar sounds associated with vintage recordings.
• Simple operation: Designed for players who want a useful, musical effect without a complicated menu or programming system.
