Aged Medium Three Tone Sunburst Relic Fender Classic Series '70s Jazz Bass
Three Tone Sunburst Classic Fender Jazz Bass MIM relic.
To my understanding this is a Made in Mexico Classic series '70s bass. This is a great sounding bass guitar, Three Tone Sunburst '70s style with block inlays and bullet truss rod adjuster. I'd class this as a medium relic, it's had 50 years hard gigging but been looked after. When I relic guitars I try my utmost to simulate how the guitar would age and not just taking a sander to it. This comes complete with arm wear, buckle rash, chips, dings and lacquer checking.
I think they are the original pickups that do sound great, the electronics are CTS pots with an Orange Drops Cap. Fender tuners. Weighs 3.8kg (8lbs), well balanced.
Alder Body, Maple neck with Rosewood Board.
Comes with Black "Attitude" Hardcase.
