BlueSky V2 is Strymon's second-generation compact reverb pedal, offering plate, room and spring reverb types with a dedicated Shimmer control (octave-up on plate, octave-plus-fifth on room, octave-down on spring). Modulation can be set to light, deep or off, and the pedal runs on a new ARM DSP processor with 24-bit/96kHz conversion.
Controls are Low, Shimmer, Pre-Delay, High, Decay and Mix knobs plus a Type selector, alongside Bypass/Engage and Favorite footswitches. It supports mono or stereo operation, full MIDI control with 300 preset locations, and expression pedal or MultiSwitch Plus connection.
Strymon describes blueSky V2 as delivering studio-quality reverb in a pedalboard-friendly format, spanning realistic emulations to expanded, ambient soundscapes across its three reverb types, with a premium JFET input circuit for a transparent dry signal path.
