Schecter PT Special Electric Guitar in 3-Tone Sunburst Pearl

The PT Special is a lightweight, responsive instrument that sits naturally in hand thanks to its swamp ash body and smooth C-shaped maple neck. The 3-Tone Sunburst Pearl finish and cream binding deliver striking visual presence without sacrificing the playability that defines this design. Built for rock, blues, and everything between, this guitar balances articulate highs with warm, full lows across its tonal range.

Playability & Feel

The 25.5" scale and 22 X-Jumbo frets on a 12" fretboard radius provide fast, responsive action suited to both traditional and contemporary playing techniques. The precisely profiled C-shaped neck (.826" at the 1st fret, .905" at the 12th) encourages extended playing sessions without fatigue, while the Graph Tech XL Ivory Tusq nut and Vintage Ashtray bridge with staggered brass saddles ensure tuning stability and accurate intonation throughout your performance.

Tone & Electronics

The dual-pickup configuration pairs a Schecter Diamond VT-1 bridge pickup with a Schecter Diamond V-90 neck pickup, delivering tonal versatility across rock, blues, and clean genres. A series-parallel push-pull volume/tone control allows you to shift between tight, articulate voicings and fuller, wider resonance on the fly, expanding your sonic palette without reaching for external gear.
