For sale: Stunning, near-new Fender "Made in Japan" '62 Reissue Precision Bass in classic Candy Apple Red. Sporting a Q-serial number (Q025543) paired with the "Made in Japan" headstock script, this instrument was crafted at the legendary Fujigen factory between 1993 and 1994. There are a few very small scratches on the body, I have tried to show these in the photos.

Fujigen-era Fenders are globally renowned for their exceptional build quality, easily rivaling USA production models of the same era. This particular bass is a 'time-capsule' piece for players and collectors alike:

• 100% Factory Stock: The electronics and vintage-style split-coil pickups are entirely original and untouched.
• Unmolested Construction: The neck has never been removed from the body since leaving the factory, meaning the tight neck pocket and mounting holes remain perfectly intact.
• Near-Immaculate Condition: For a 32-year-old vintage instrument, the condition is remarkable. There are absolutely no major dings, chips, or buckle rash—only a couple of incredibly faint, almost unnoticeable surface hairline scratches that only appear under direct light.

It features a gorgeous 'Candy Apple Red body, dark rosewood fretboard, a comfortable vintage and that unmistakable, thumping vintage P-bass growl. This bass has never been gigged, only ever played in the house. An un-modified, clean Candy Apple Red Fujigen P-bass is incredibly hard to find in this condition. Un-used for the last 25 year, it hasn't been tested and as you can see from the photos it needs a bit of a clean and could probably do with a set of your favourite strings.....
