This was imported a couple years ago. You won't find its equal. This was part of a limited run F-30
Rosewood guitars shipped to Japan back in 1980. I don't know much history about who owned it but whoever did, they took exceptionally good care of it. It has a type of LR Baggs pickup.
The guitar produces an absolutely beautiful, well balanced tone. Paul Simon’s choice of tone wood, with Rosewood back & sides, and F30 body model Guild from the Simon & Garfunkel days. It's brighter than most Guild's you've probably played. Is an excellent finger picking guitar. Gold hardware make this truly unique, as I've never seen it's like. This is another rare collectible! Sounds and plays as good, honestly possibly better than any Martin I’ve owned, including a cherished OM-42 I have as well.
