This 1965 Silvertone H-615 acoustic came into my shop after being stored in an attic for decades. I removed the back, re-glued loose braces, and replaced one that was missing. It is now back together and solid! There are no cracks. I replaced the tuners and tailpiece–originals are included. The top, back, and sides are solid birch, and it has stenciled fret markers. The action at the 12th fret is 0.110/inch, making it playable with light-gauge strings.
This is truly the sound of 1960s folk!
