Original transformers (Output transformer - Schumacher 125A1A & Power transformer - Triad 66079) and excellent lettering. This could serve as a donor amp for your tweed Fender Deluxe (if you are looking for an original 125A1A Output Transformer) or for your tweed Harvard or Princeton (if you're looking for an original Triad 66079 Power Transformer).

According to the registry, only about 4400 Tweed Vibrolux amps were made. These amps had a short run, between late 1956-1961. Unlike the other iterations of Vibrolux amps, the tweed 5F11 brings together the warm midrange growl of the tweed era that shares the same sonic territory as the coveted 5E3 Fender Deluxe amps. The serial number is F 02913, which dates this to the early months of 1960. This is the one you want because it has the same output transformer as the Fender Deluxe amps of the golden era (1959-1963). The 125A1A Schumacher Output Transformer is dated the 49th week of 1959. The coveted Power Transformer is also the same PT as Fender's tweed Harvard amps. The amp still retains a good amount of its yellow mustard Astron caps that are well in range and function stupendously. The amp has been gone through by our tech and has also had a three prong power cable attached for safety. The silk screened lettering is in excellent shape. The masking tape on the inside of the chassis seems to read Lucy. The amp is current housed in a repro cabinet that is top quality pine. It sports a vintage Jensen C12R that dates to the 15th week of 1960. Don't miss your chance on this vintage gem! This is an absolute must have option for recording. I would highly encourage using a BrownBox or similar voltage reducer to protect this amp from the modern wall voltages. It truly preserves the tone and ensures the life of the components.
