This is a very rare 135 watt Twin Reverb manufactured by Fender circa 1980. Recently replacement of all tubes. It is in very good shape with no outer flaws on the amplifier. The wheels are on the amplifier and there is no cover. However the foot switch is included.
What makes the 135-watt Twin Reverb special?
- Very loud, clean sound: It has substantial headroom, making it popular with players who want their tone to stay clean at high volume.
- Ultra-linear output stage: Its output-transformer design differs from earlier 100-watt Twin Reverbs.
- Classic Fender reverb: The built-in spring reverb is a major part of the Twin's sound.
- Vibrato: Fender's effect is technically tremolo, meaning a pulsing change in volume rather than pitch.
- Heavy construction: The large transformers and two-speaker cabinet make it a substantial amplifier to move.
