IMPORTANT – RECENTLY RECAPPED!

The original aging electrolytic capacitor has recently been replaced, addressing the known capacitor deterioration issue affecting Roland’s SR-JV80 expansion series.

In January 2017, Roland officially issued a safety advisory warning that the electrolytic capacitors in these boards could deteriorate and leak, potentially causing smoke.

Roland advised owners to discontinue using these expansion boards.

Unlike an untouched vintage card, this board has already received the important capacitor replacement.

For collectors and musicians maintaining valuable Roland synthesizers, this is a meaningful advantage over purchasing a board still equipped with its original decades-old capacitor.
