- It's hard to make out, but YES, there is a legible serial
- Matte Black paint job
- Bridge is aftermarket, possibly Gotoh; exact make unknown.
- ESP-branded tuners.
- Non-original knobs.
- Pickup originality unknown. Has a pronounced, classic mudbucker sound.
- Pickguard might be original.
- Reflective metal rear control cover, non-original.
- Frets are good and vintage-style with life
- Has suffered a severe headstock break with a rustic repair.
- Truss rod turns slightly in one direction but appears close to maxed out.
- Surprisingly good playability, action, and relatively good intonation despite the headstock repair.
- Video included demonstrating the bass's sound.
