As the second owner of this particular guitar I must say it is a phenomenal player's instrument that embodies the true spirit of 80s arena rock, featuring tasteful modifications and professional fretwork.

The Specs & Tone:

Pickups: Loaded with the original, legendary Gibson "Dirty Fingers" humbuckers. These high-output pickups deliver the exact aggressive, biting, and harmonically rich tone that defined the Scorpions' mid-80s hits.

• Hardware: Equipped with the original factory installed Kahler tremolo locking system hardware setup favored by Rudolf Schenker himself for pitch control and tuning stability during demanding performances.

Controls: Modified for enhanced tonal control with a custom dual-pot layout (individual volume and tone controls), offering more versatility than the standard factory configuration. Small toggle switch turns pickups on/off (Randy Rhoads style). Has copper shielded control and pickup cavities. Wired modern at the bridge and 50's style at the neck. All my guitars are wired this way.

Headstock: Original factory black Grover tuners and gold "Custom Shop Edition" decal is intact on the back of the headstock.
