📌 LAB POINTS

• mid-sized passive speakers that combine retro design with modern audiophile engineering
• 'Sandwich' speaker cone design features a Rohacell foam core w/ aero-space-grade aluminum skin for exceptional transient accuracy
• the Sandwich 100's are the most compact speakers that Leak offers; pairs excellently with their popular Stereo 130 integrated amplifier

• dual-layer construction: MDF outer walls bonded to composite inner walls
• includes removable grilles

"At the heart of the Sandwich 100 is the latest version of the renowned LEAK Sandwich cone diaphragm — now enhanced with a Rohacell structural foam core and aluminium skins, bonded with aerospace-grade adhesives. The natural qualities of Rohacell make it an ideal component in loudspeaker cone technology, especially because of its exceptional ‘strength to weight’ ratio. Combining an extremely rigid yet lightweight material with an aluminium skin creates a surface that greatly reduces cone break-up, delivers ultra-fast transient response, and introduces minimal harmonic and intermodulation distortion." - Leak
