The Fender John 5 Ghost Telecaster takes the familiar Telecaster platform and reworks it around John 5’s streamlined, high-output setup. Its Nyatoh body wears an Arctic White finish with a matching headstock, contrasted by a mirrored pickguard, red pickup covers, red control knob, and red fingerboard markers for a distinctive signature appearance.

The maple neck features John 5’s Custom Medium “C” profile, satin finish, and a 25.5" scale length. Unlike the darker, compound-equipped Phantom model, the Ghost uses a maple fingerboard with a 9.5" radius, 22 Narrow Tall frets, red dot inlays, and matching red side dots. A 1.69" Micarta nut completes the neck setup.

Two DiMarzio D Activator humbuckers provide the electronics, with matching pickups in the bridge and neck positions. Controls are deliberately minimal: a single master volume, three-position pickup selector, and dedicated kill switch give direct access to the essential functions without a conventional tone control.

The Ghost uses a fixed six-saddle Telecaster bridge with a humbucker pickup cutout, paired with Deluxe cast/sealed locking tuning machines. Chrome hardware contrasts with the Arctic White body and red appointments, while a signature neck plate completes this John 5 Artist Signature model.
