A truly special Fender Japan Stratocaster featuring a Quilt Maple top over an Ash body, finished in the rarely seen Honey Burst color and equipped with premium gold hardware.

This exclusive Ishibashi FSR (Factory Special Run) model is reminiscent of the kind of highly customized Stratocasters once built by master builders and famously played by legendary guitarists. The combination of the figured Quilt Maple top, Ash back, Honey Burst finish, and gold hardware gives this Stratocaster an exceptionally refined and distinctive appearance.

The 3-Ply Aged White Pearloid pickguard has a slightly warmer, more yellowed appearance than a standard pearloid pickguard, complementing the Honey Burst finish perfectly while maintaining a sophisticated vintage-inspired look.

Playability has received the same attention to detail. The comfortable C-shaped maple neck, 9.5" radius fingerboard, and Medium Jumbo frets provide a smooth and versatile playing feel.

The traditional Gold 6-Saddle Vintage-Style Synchronized Tremolo delivers the familiar response and character of a classic Stratocaster bridge.

One of the most significant features is the pickup set. This Ishibashi FSR is equipped with a USA-made 57/62 Strat Pickup Set, used on select Ishibashi FSR models. These pickups were developed through the analysis of an original 1963 Stratocaster and use Formvar magnet wire to reproduce the bright, clear and transparent character of an authentic vintage Stratocaster.

Their relatively flat tonal response also makes them highly versatile with effects pedals and different amplifiers, allowing for a wide range of sounds while retaining the unmistakable character of a vintage Strat.

A completely limited Ishibashi-exclusive model, this is a particularly unique Made in Japan Stratocaster with upgraded materials, electronics, and appointments.
