This listing is for a vintage 1965 Slingerland model # 838 "Rocket" drum throne.
As you can see from my pictures, this drum throne is in very good condition, and it is surprisingly strong and sturdy!
The chrome plated tripod base is in superb, rust-free condition and it has a brand new reproduction Slingerland black/gold logo decal glued to the center tube.
The vinyl seat top is also, beautifully preserved! The white vinyl covering is free from rips or tears, and the pure white vinyl seat top is still bright and clean!
