J. Rockett Audio Designs The Dude V1 Overdrive / Boost Pedal w/ Original Box

The J. Rockett Audio Designs The Dude V1 is the original version of the company's D-style overdrive and boost pedal, designed to capture the response and character associated with the legendary Dumble Overdrive Special.

The Dude can cover everything from clean boost and low-gain drive to smooth, saturated overdrive. Unlike a conventional gain control, the Ratio control adjusts the balance between the clean boost and overdriven portions of the signal, allowing the pedal to retain clarity and attack as gain is added.

Level controls the overall output, while Treble adjusts the high-frequency response. The Deep control shapes the pedal's midrange character, ranging from a more scooped response to a thicker, more prominent low-mid sound.

Condition:

This pedal is in good used condition with cosmetic wear consistent with previous use. The face of the pedal shows some light marks and wear, while the controls, jacks, LED, and footswitch appear intact.

The bottom has large strips of hook-and-loop pedalboard material installed and shows additional adhesive/residue and wear. Portions of the original bottom labeling appear to have been covered or removed during previous pedalboard mounting.

The original J. Rockett Audio Designs box is included and shows some normal storage and handling wear.

Please review all photos closely for the best representation of cosmetic condition.

A versatile American-made overdrive and boost pedal for players looking for smooth D-style drive tones with excellent control over the balance between clean and overdriven signals.
