Selling a restored Fender Pro Junior (Revision E) 15-watt tube combo amplifier. If you know these older Pro Juniors, you know they sound incredible but are notoriously plagued by a loud factory background hiss and hum.

This unit has been meticulously serviced and upgraded specifically to eliminate those design flaws, bringing its noise floor down to a true boutique-studio standard. It sounds massive, punches way above its weight class, and has a much lower noise floor at idle than stock units.

Updates & Modifications Performed:
• Premium Glass: Fully retubed with a brand-new, matched set of JJ tubes.
• Noise Floor Eradication: Upgraded power section with ultra-fast UF4007 rectifier diodes. Replaced factory plate and signal resistors with 1% low-noise metal film and flameproof power resistors to drop the background hiss.
• Cooler, Safer Bias: Replaced the stock R29 bias resistor with a premium 22kΩ resistor. Factory units run blisteringly hot and cook their power tubes; this modification cools the bias slightly to dramatically extend tube life without losing an ounce of tone.
• Hand-Wired Lead Dress: The V1 and V2 preamp tube socket lines have been custom-routed and twisted by hand away from AC lines to permanently choke out standard single-ended chassis hum.
• Fresh Controls: Brand new volume and tone potentiometers installed for perfectly smooth, scratch-free sweeps.
The speaker is the stock 10" Fender speaker, which sounds perfectly broken in and pairs beautifully with the new circuit. Cosmetically in superb condition. There are a few white marks on the bottom front of the Tolex.
