sE Electronics V PACK ARENA BLACK Drum Mic Kit

sE Electronics V PACK ARENA BLACK
The sE Electronics V PACK ARENA BLACK is the top-of-the-line drum microphone pack from sE — now reimagined in an all-black finish for a stage-ready aesthetic. Designed for professional live performance at the highest level, from intimate club stages to full arena productions, this pack delivers the complete microphone solution for a standard drum kit. It brings together sE's most respected microphone technologies — the V KICK Black, V BEAT Black, V7 X Black, and sE8 — alongside purpose-built mounting hardware and a robust road-ready flight case. For drummers and engineers who refuse to compromise on sound quality or reliability, the V PACK ARENA BLACK is a single, cohesive system built to meet the demands of serious touring and performance.

SOUND & PERFORMANCE
Studio-grade capture, built for the stage
At the heart of the V PACK ARENA BLACK is a commitment to uncompromised sonic performance in live environments. The V KICK Black brings four switchable sonic voicings, allowing engineers to dial in everything from classic vintage warmth to punchy modern attack without ever swapping mics. The V BEAT Black — designed specifically for snare and toms in a slim, low-profile form factor — draws on the same high-grade dynamic technology as sE's acclaimed V7 X microphone. The V7 X Black itself handles overheads and broader placement duties with its signature balance of detailed high-frequency clarity and deep, powerful low-end response. Rounding out the pack, the sE8 small-capsule condenser is one of the quietest mics of its type on the planet, capturing the full shimmer and transient detail of cymbals and room character with exceptional transparency.
DESIGN & BUILD
Hardware engineered for real-world use
Every component in the V PACK ARENA BLACK has been designed with the practical realities of live performance in mind. The V CLAMP mounting system features a compact, streamlined form factor conceived to minimize setup and breakdown time — critical when load-ins are tight and changeovers are fast. The matte black finish across all microphones gives the kit a unified, professional appearance that complements any modern drum setup without drawing unwanted visual attention. The hardware feels purposeful rather than decorative, keeping the focus firmly on performance and function throughout the show.
TRANSPORT & PROTECTION
Ready for the road, every night
The V PACK ARENA BLACK ships in the V CASE, a robust flight case purpose-built to protect the entire pack during transport and touring. Whether the kit is heading into a venue backline, onto a tour bus, or into freight, the V CASE ensures every microphone and accessory arrives in perfect condition. The case reflects the same philosophy as the microphones themselves — built to work hard, night after night, without failure. For touring musicians and production professionals who depend on their equipment in high-stakes environments, this level of protection is not optional, and sE has made it standard.
Why We Love This
Our gear experts appreciate the V PACK ARENA BLACK because it removes every compromise from the live drum setup. The four switchable voicings on the V KICK Black give engineers instant tonal flexibility without mid-show mic swaps. The dedicated low-profile V BEAT Black fits where standard mics can't, solving real-world positioning problems. The sE8's near-silent noise floor captures overhead detail that typically gets lost live. Together, it's a system that works as hard as the drummer using it — and looks the part doing it.
