Relic 2001 Gibson Epiphone Japan Domestic Fuji-Gen LPS-80 Les Paul Standard w/ Hardcase
These Fuj-iGen made Epiphone's were made for the Japanese domestic market, and their quality is incredible. I've owned dozens of Fuji-Gen built Fender's, Squier's, Orville by Gibson and these Epiphone Les Paul's, and they are the best value for a proper, high-quality electric guitar that can still be had at a player's price. And their values hold true, because they're true vintage,
It has the correct Gibson open book headstock, thin skin finish and a near identical, if not identical build to its American cousin, including the long neck tenon. These are not Chinese made Epiphone's with a thick poly finish that robs tone, but a finely crafted Japanese professional guitar that will continue to go up in its value. It has been played, and shows wear, but there are NO issues. Neck is straight and true, truss rod works, there are NO breaks and the frets have plenty of life.
The pots and pickups were upgraded to Gibson tone pots with Orange caps with Epiphone ProBuckers with push-push volume pots for coil splitting and a USA Switchcraft 3 way toggle.
This is an amazing guitar. It plays and sound great, it's setup with 9s and is easy to rip on it. It's got all the good you'd expect from a Les Paul, and a price that demands to be played.
It comes with the Road Runner hardshell case that is in great condition, showing normal wear and age.
