FOR SALE: Fender Vintera II '70s Stratocaster in "I Swear It’s Surf Green, Not Mint Choc-Chip"
Are you tired of playing the same boring sunburst guitar that makes you look like you’re in a mid-level Eagles cover band? Want to make your neighbours visually aware that you’re playing a face-melting solo before they can even hear it?
Look no further. Up for grabs is a absolute stunner of a Fender Vintera II '70s Stratocaster.
It’s dressed in Surf Green—a colour so effortlessly cool it instantly adds +10 to your stage presence and makes people forgive you when you miss the bend in Comfortably Numb.
Condition & TLC
This beast is in excellent condition (no mysterious pub-gig sticky spots or suspicious belt-buckle gouges) and comes with a solid hard case to protect it from stray darts, aggressive bass players, and the UK weather.
It has just had the ultimate royal treatment set-up:
- Strings: Fresh set of D’Addario XL 10s fitted (the absolute gold standard, none of that bendy elastic band rubbish).
- Action: Adjusted precisely to the Goldilocks Zone—not so high you need a crampon to fret an F chord, not so low it buzzes like a trapped wasp.
- Intonation: Spot on. If you play an out-of-tune chord, it’s officially your fault now.
- Frets: Cleaned, polished, and shiny enough to reflect your questionable decision-making.
- Electrics: Fully checked and crackle-free.
- Nut: Oiled up and slicker than a politician on election day.

Cheers for reading all the way to the end! May your bends always be in key, your plectrums never vanish into the void, and your partner never find out how much this actually cost. 🎸✨
