The Solid State Logic PureDrive OCTO is an eight-channel outboard version of the SuperAnalogue PureDrive microphone preamp initially showcased in Solid State Logic's ORIGIN console. This unit not only faithfully translates the original preamp’s clarity and unique drive, but it also offers additional drive profiles and enhanced connectivity options for maximum versatility.

INSPIRED BY THE ORIGIN CONSOLE

Capable of both lifelike cleans and harmonically rich grit, the PureDrive preamp left an immediate impression when it first appeared in the SSL ORIGIN. The Pure Drive OCTO lets the preamp shine as its own unit, featuring eight mic channels equipped with sweepable Gain and Trim, independent 48V phantom power and high-pass filters, polarity inversion, and four input impedance options.
