Fender Custom Shop 1969 Stratocaster Reverse Headstock Heavy Relic - Aged Canary Yellow

This one has that late sixties attitude the moment you pick it up. The sorted alder body keeps it lively and balanced, giving the guitar a quick attack and a focused midrange that works for clean tones, driven rhythm parts, and heavier lead playing. The aged canary yellow finish and heavy relic work give it a loud but worn in look that feels authentic and stage ready.

The maple 5/4 quarter sawn neck has the 1969 U profile with a solid and confident feel. The compound 7.25 to 9.50 radius and 6105 frets make it easy to play expressive bends and articulate lines while still keeping the vintage personality intact. Black micarta dots and the reverse headstock tie the whole aesthetic together with a strong sixties vibe.

The pickup set gives this guitar a wide and dynamic voice. The Hand Wound 69 Strat neck pickup brings out clear highs and a smooth, glassy character. The Hand Wound Fat 50s middle pickup adds warmth and punch with a strong midrange presence. The Hand Wound Texas Special bridge pickup delivers bite, heat, and focused aggression that works for heavier playing. Strat Vintage Mod 2 wiring adds extra flexibility, letting you shape tones that go beyond a standard sixties setup.

The Custom Shop Vintage Strat bridge and 63 to 69 style pickguard finish the build with classic Fender detail. It is a lively and expressive Strat with a lot of personality. Late sixties feel, modern versatility, and a look that stands out the moment you open the case.
