used AKG w MS40 Wireless Instrument System

The AKG WMS40 Mini Instrumental System is a popular entry-level wireless solution praised for its "plug-and-play" simplicity and remarkable efficiency. It is designed specifically for guitarists, bassists, and musicians who need a reliable wireless connection without the complexity of frequency coordination.

Key Features

• Extreme Battery Life: Its standout feature is the ability to run for up to 30 hours on a single AA battery, significantly outperforming many high-end digital systems in terms of operating cost.

• Plug-and-Play Operation: It operates on a fixed frequency (UHF), meaning there are no menus to navigate or channels to sync. You simply turn it on and play.

• Ultra-Compact Receiver: The SR40 Mini receiver has a tiny footprint (about 1/3 rack width) and a rugged metal housing, making it ideal for crowded pedalboards or small tabletops.

• High Definition Audio Performance (HDAP): AKG uses proprietary analog technology to ensure a transparent sound that maintains the natural tone of your instrument.

Components Included

• PT40 Mini Bodypack: One of the smallest and lightest transmitters in its class. It features a professional 3-pin mini-XLR input and a gain control knob.

• MKG L Cable: A standard instrument-to-bodypack cable for connecting your guitar or bass.

• Universal Power Supply: Includes multiple clip-on adapters for international use.

Ideal Use Case

The WMS40 Mini is perfect for small venues, rehearsals, houses of worship, and gyms. Because it uses fixed frequencies, it is best suited for environments where you aren't using multiple wireless systems simultaneously, as you cannot "tune" away from potential interference
