According to guitarserialnumbers.com this guitar was built August 29,1997. I bought it new from C&M Music in New Orleans. The Piezo pick up system quit working and after trying to find a replacement a Ghost System was installed. The pickup switch is: Position one, neck. Middle, front and rear pickups single coil and rear position, bridge pickup. The next switch controls humbuckers, humbuckers and Piezo and just Piezo with a volume knob for the Piezo. To be clear, the guitar now has a mono jack not stereo which to most won't even make a difference.
The case is included along with the parts that were removed when the Ghost system was installed.
