No power supply, batteries, or 1/4-inch patch cables are included. The receiver runs on a standard 9V DC center-negative power supply (exactly like a standard guitar pedal). The low price completely offsets the cost of buying a power supply if you don't already have a spare on your pedalboard!

There is some adhesive residue on the back that is visible in the picture.

As is not uncommon the belt clip came off of the transmitter.
