• Cinemag Transformer Upgrade: The stock input and output transformers have been replaced with world-class Cinemag transformers. This drastically improves the headroom, provides a tighter, more focused low-end, and adds that expensive, musical analog harmonic weight when pushed.
• Audio Path Component Upgrade: The entire audio path has been upgraded with high-grade, low-noise op-amps, boutique caps, and precision metal-film resistors. This lowers the noise floor significantly, flattens the frequency response, and opens up the top-end clarity.
• Power Supply Optimization: The internal power supply has been decoupled and filtered to minimize hum, ensuring incredibly quiet operation even under heavy gain reduction.

Sonic Character:

Thanks to the T4 opto-attenuator combined with the discrete, solid-state Revive Audio/Cinemag path, this compressor behaves exactly like a world-class LA-3A. It delivers a fast, punchy transient response with a beautiful mid-range presence. It is absolute magic for pinning down electric and acoustic guitars, bringing vocals straight to the front of a mix, or adding dense, expensive-sounding weight to synthesizers and bass lines.

I really love this compressor, it was a bucket list item for me and was every bit as excellent as I had hoped for. However, as my studio has recently expanded, I'm having to sell some things I truly like to help pay towards those new studio purchases.
