Dreadbox Lil' Erebus: Analog Modular Synth (DIY Kit) RARE

This is a Dreadbox Lil' Erebus DIY kit. Dreadbox stopped selling this kit around 2019, so unbuilt ones are hard to find now. The box has only been opened for photos. The parts bags are still sealed and the faceplate still has its protective film on (that's why it looks tinted in some photos).

THIS IS A DIY KIT - SOLDERING IS REQUIRED

You'll need a soldering iron, solder and basic tools, plus some soldering experience. Dreadbox's build guide and video walkthroughs are available online. All components are included in the DIY KIT.

ABOUT THE SYNTH

Lil' Erebus is a smaller version of Dreadbox's original Erebus: an all-analog, semi-modular paraphonic synth with the raw, aggressive sound Dreadbox is known for.

• 2 analog oscillators (VCO1 saw, VCO2 pulse), paraphonic

• 2-pole low-pass filter with cutoff and resonance

• 3-stage envelope (Attack / Decay / Sustain)

• Voltage-controlled LFO with triangle and square outputs

• Voltage-controlled echo (Mix / Feedback / Time)

• Built-in MIDI-to-CV (MIDI in)

• 16 patch points: CV/Gate in and out, CV2, PW2, Audio, Cutoff, Env, VCA, Echo Time, LFO CV/Tri/Square, Out

• Works as a desktop synth or as a 42HP Eurorack module
