Lyle Trini Lopez Model 1232T is a vintage 1960s hollowbody electric guitar manufactured in Japan by the renowned Matsumoku factory. Built as an affordable, high-quality "lawsuit-era" alternative to the iconic Gibson Trini Lopez Custom, it mirrors its distinctive cosmetics while carrying its own unique Japanese-made hardware and electronic characteristics.

Key Specifications & Design

• Body Styling: Full hollowbody construction featuring the signature diamond-shaped F-holes instead of traditional F-holes.
• Headstock: A six-in-line Firebird-style headstock, mimicking the silhouette of the original Gibson signature model.
• Pickups: Equipped with two original single-coil "staple" dual-coil pickups. These are the exact same highly regarded pickups found on the Univox Coily model, appreciated by collectors for their clear, articulate, and well-balanced tone.
• Hardware: Outfitted with a distinctive chrome Bigsby-style vibrato tailpiece (hence the "T" designation for Tremolo) and a floating roller bridge.
• Weight & Neck: Features a comfortably slim neck profile and a lightweight build averaging roughly 3.2 kg (7 lbs)
