Furch Vintage 2 Mexican Granadillo OM-SX a Exotic Ltd Series

art of Furch’s Exotic Ltd Series, this Vintage 2 OM-SX features striking, figured Mexican granadillo back and sides, a rare tonewood prized for its visual beauty and rich tonal character. Sitting tonally between mahogany and rosewood, granadillo offers warmth, clarity, and impressive note definition across the spectrum. Paired with a solid Sitka spruce top, this orchestra model delivers a balanced, articulate voice suited for both fingerstyle and light strumming.

The soundboard is individually tuned using Furch’s voicing process, enhancing resonance, sustain, and dynamic response. Combined with the all-solid wood construction, the result is a harmonically rich and highly expressive instrument.

Finished in Furch’s Full-Pore Vintage Finish, the guitar has a subtle patina reminiscent of a well-aged classic, while still benefiting from modern UV-cured protection. Elegant details include herringbone purfling, a green abalone rosette, faux ivory binding, and diamond-style pearl fingerboard inlays.

Equipped with Furch’s CNR System Active neck reinforcement, the guitar offers long-term stability and easy setup adjustments, ensuring consistent playability in changing conditions. Gold patina Gotoh tuners provide smooth, reliable tuning, and a premium Hiscox hardshell case offers maximum protection.
