For sale are a pair of paper thin 1950’s hi hats. The top cymbal is a 1950’s trans stamp with 8 rivet holes and 0 rivets installed. It was originally a 14” hi hat that was cracked around the perimeter following the lathing lines 1/8” from the original edge, it was cut down past the crack, and then filed and sanded. It weighs in at 568 grams. It has some scratches/ marks but otherwise it’s in solid shape. The bottom cymbal is a 13” A Zildjian 50’s Small Stamp as best I can tell. It weighs 582 grams. The bottom cymbal has a tad bit of key holing, but otherwise it’s in great shape These make for a very good pair, both light and very close in age. They sound great together! I added some photos on 9/26/26.
