Offering a vintage 1980's Shure SM48S Dynamic Microphone. It's a budget-friendly, professional-quality cardioid dynamic vocal microphone designed for spoken word, lead vocals, and backing vocals. It shares a similar sound profile to the famous Shure SM58, but at a more accessible price point. The "S" designation indicates that this model includes a lockable silent on/off switch. The physical condition is MINTY!
Key Specifications & Features:
- Polar Pattern: Cardioid (effectively rejects off-axis sound and minimizes feedback).
- Frequency Response: 55 Hz – 14,000 Hz with a tailored midrange bright spot and bass roll-off for vocal clarity.
- Switch: Built-in lockable On/Off switch on the handle.
- Build Quality: Features a rugged steel mesh grille, an internal shock-mounted element to reduce handling noise, and an integrated pop filter for plosive control.
- Connector: Standard 3-pin male XLR connection
