It excels at faux-leslie rotary sounds and pairs uniquely well with gain. It's 2-stage, so less invasive than a Phase 90. This pedal compares better with the Phase 45. It is very understated on low settings, but when placed after distortion/fuzz pedals, it thickens up immensely, wrapping your gain stages in a warm, cloudy blanket.
