Get powerful tones with this awesome Gibson Les Paul Studio in Ebony from 2005 - a true player's find. The Les Paul Studio is the perfect guitar for those looking for the essentials of what a Les Paul is, without frills, making it a workhouse.  This one has been through the ringer and made it through 21 years, emerging in tact and ready to go.

The Gibson Les Paul Studio comes with the iconic single-cut body with a solid mahogany back with a carved maple top. This tonewood combination gives you excellent resonance and warmth with a shiny black gloss finish. The original pickguard has been replaced with a stylish black pickguard. The set mahogany neck comes with a comfortable SlimTaper profile. The rosewood fingerboard comes with 22 frets and trapezoid inlays. 

This Les Paul Studio is packed with rich tones thanks to its pair of humbuckers. You get a 490R in the neck and a 490T in the bridge. This combination of humbuckers gives you an excellent range of thick warm tones with plenty of articulation, especially with the bite from the 490T. You're in total control of your sound with individual volume and tone controls for each pickup and a 3-way selector switch. 

This player Gibson Les Paul Studio comes with stock hardware and some player upgrades. The original tune-o-matic bridge is paired with a replaced nickel stopbar tailpiece, and the the tuners have been replaced by nickel Grovers.   

This guitar is in good condition with a good amount player wear with nicks and chips (see pics).  We found that had broken headstock that has been repaired quite well.  Also the body shows that the pickguard was removed and a hole filled; we then added the aftermarket black pickguard. 

This guitar is not for someone that needs minty fresh, it's for the player that down with a bag of chips and six pack of beer (or perhaps root beer for those that that don't imbibe).  It's player grade, pre-seasoned and priced to reflect the condition.  The original hardshell case is included.  Setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop, it's ready to go!
