Joe Gagan "Talking Hammer" Wah - Handwired USA

I only ever used this pedal at home in my smoke-free studio. This is a legendary wah from a legendary builder, It has:

- A handwound "Tone Tank" inductor
- True bypass using a 316 style alpha-made dpdt tru-bypass switch
- 3 trimpots: input volume, gain , and bias trimmers for volume matching and full growl. this allows you to tailor the response to any pickups or guitar, bass, etc. Factory markings by Gagan on each trimmer when final tested and set up.
- Special vintage transistors specially selected for low gain - no more harsh highs.
- Expensive silver mica, metallized poly and other high quality caps in key tone path locations.

Gagan says:  

"Breakthrough in wah design. incredible wide sweep with unheard of ' talking' expressiveness. must be played to be understood.

Talking Hammer wah contains exclusive VOCALIZER EQ SPECTRUM circuit enhancement, which gives this wah a distinctive contrary motion within the sweep for a chewy warble in the low mids and mids. incredible sounding - must be played and heard in real life."

Note: the bottom plate is bulging slightly as some extremely strong velcro was used to hold it to the board. Some of the writing is faded and there are some scuffs/scratches throughout.
